Though tears flow freely from her eyes the letter in the girl’s hands is held almost reverently. Somehow, through her tears and quiet sobs, she manages to read it again and again. That letter, and then this entry. It's weird to remember sometimes that Amy is actually as young as she is.

That letter made me weeeeep. Not even ashamed to admit it.

She grew up as an only child with little time spent around her peers. Most of her time was spent with two old men (grandpa and her tutor) or her mom. So she's not very immature in ways a lot of fifteen year olds are.

BUT SOMETIMES! SOMETIMES DICK JOKES ARE JUST REALLY FUNNY!

And other times, like this, it's just crushing. :< Those loss of a loved one is never easy and as my parents are still living I'm always hoping I do an okay job conveying her remorse.
