I watched the second episode of Jaimie Oliver's Food Revolution tonight and I'm just not sure how I feel about it. On the one hand, he has a point, but on the other hand, he's smug and judgmental and pretty obnoxious. Hint: don't tell them it's tuna.

Also in strangeville, I considered my family VERY mainstream meat and potatoes sort but hamburger helper with tuna in a can was a mainstay at our house, same with tuna pasta salads. I had NO Idea tuna was such an exotic food!

It probably depends on how averse people are to eating anything other than chicken or ground beef. I like to make pasta with alfredo sauce, green peas, and tuna, which is basically like a more homemade version of Tuna Helper, but I can't get my family to touch it. The kids in this show are pretty much fed chicken nuggets three meals a day, so I was unsurprised that they wouldn't eat tuna pasta and fancy bread.
