When you say Nate's cyst is malignant, do you mean benign? I'm glad he's feeling better. I totally understand the temptation to go to a brewery. Maybe for peace of mind, you can pick up some special brews and drink them in your backyard? And I agree - EVERYTHING is going to be busy this summer!
I did, and changed it, lol!! I'd be freaking out a lot more if it was malignant!!
It is ending up being kind of a rainy day so problem solved on the brewery! Next time I guess? Arleigh and I spent a few hours at a park/trails place though, which was really fun, and stopped to a bakery on the way home for a treat.
When I'm considering the idea of going to a place that I haven't been in awhile, I look at their social media to see how the crowds are and how the tables are spaced, etc. That has helped me make decisions in both directions--to go or not go.
I went to get lunch take out yesterday and the nursery around the corner from house was jam packed with people. On a Wednesday. Spring Break was last week, so I'm not sure what everyone was doing!
That's a good idea! It would be less of a big deal if we also weren't toting AP around... there are less places I would be ok bringing her. The particular place I'm thinking of has ample space so she could say, do sidewalk chalk and even play a bit, and is also super child friendly.
Hopefully the brewery has things spaced out at least? We went to one a couple weeks ago and everything outside was spaced out well. It felt perfectly safe.
I think they all do, and this one doesn't have a ton of seating, I just am getting uncomfortable even being outside with a lot of people due to the variants. I am starting to get really concerned about contracting COVID say, right before we are vaccinated. Being so close almost feels more stressful!!
Its ending up being kind of a rainy day. I may go downtown b/c I want to go to the library, and check out the scene or something first. I'm not honestly sure Nate feels comfortable with that... he's even more cautious than I am.
