winding it down
It's almost over! And, while we enjoy two-days-and-counting til that plane takes off for Gatwick, here's the holiday recap:

As far as Mommy Dearest (I kid, I kid), would you be interested in a kind of support-esque group online? I used to belong to a wedding forum called Indiebride, and they helped deal with ALL the aspects of a wedding, leading up to one and afterward. The Inlaws board had a lot of women dealing with mother-in-laws like yours, and a lot of them had great ways to deal with them. I haven't been there in a little over a year, but I remember them as being salty, funny, sassy, and smart. You'd like them.
