Questions 3

Stolen from mswrenchwench:

"I want everyone who reads this to ask me three questions, no more no less. Ask me anything you want. Then I want you to go to your journal, copy and paste this allowing your friends (including me) to ask you anything."

This is rather pathetic since I only have one friend. I know I know...Boo da lee hooooooo!

1. Getting up at the crack of dawn to go fishing with my dad. Having him wake me up very quietly because I shared a room with my older sister who was not the fishing sort and smelling coffee and bacon and eggs for breakfast...being half asleep and carrying the gear to the boat through the dewy grass...watching wispy tendrils of blue smoke curl from the motor and dance lightly across the top of the river as I shivered and impatiently waited for Dad to tell me to push off and jump into the boat. Then I would curl up in the bottom of the boat protected from the cold wind by heavy coats and extra life jackets and fall into that place between waking and sleeping while the engine roared and the boat bounced across the current to the fishing hole of choice for that day ( ... )

Cheater! I don't feel nearly as pathetic knowing that you are my only friend pretending to be someone else...sigh..

1. I love too many books to have a single favorite...but one that comes to mind is Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl.

2. I would like to live on a wooded 10 acre lot with a lake on it with my house smack in the middle of the lot...probably in the Pacific Northwest somewhere...or a private island would do in a pinch.

3. Hopefully, a vacation in Fiji will occur in the next year or so.
