What cyber high? Write an example of some type of analogy you “taught” me about? Ok, sure, want to give me an idea of what I’m writing? No? I wrote: These instructions are like being told to jump by the same chains that hold you down. Yeah fuck this. It tells me to write four analogies and gives me three spaces, it tells me to analyze ten quotes ( Read more... )

I love your list of ways to avoid work. I read over it a few times just for the additional chuckle until it became redundant and ultimately not funny. Sigh... why can't the good things last forever?

Anyway, about Twain... if an author is anything... he or she is his or her life experience. Such gives this person voic and perspective. And, a truly amazing voice in writing is difficult to find. This is what made Twain a superb writer. The information you learned may seem useless, and it probably is to someone with the veneer of mendacity over her psyche... however someday you'll ponder back to experiences that changed your ability to create, inspire, dream, and live and know exactly why learning about such a point in Twain's life was so relevant.

Before I can reply to this, who are you?

Or, do I know you?

I am a nobody....one who is bored enough to search journals by region and actually read the random thoughts of individuals. I usually only leave comments for the eccentric ones... consider that a compliment.

You do not know me. I do not know you. Happy?

You should be.

:)

Ah, I figured you were an LJ drifter.

I am actually enjoying Mark Twain now that I decided to tell myself I am reading his book by choice, not force.

I understand why the boating license thing was important because I read further into the book. Its just kind of pointless for the people who made cyber high to introduce a person they think so highly of by just taking up space talking about him acquiring his boating license.

I'm glad someone found my list amusing.

...eccentric? I'm flattered.

Well, if other random weirdos are leaving comments I guess I will too. I searched for you cos you listed Shabazz and I graduated there last year, and I'm trying to see if anyone who listed it is actually someone I've met in real life. (Not so much luck.) And I'm not so used to computers, so when I'm stuck on one for hours I become increasingly desperate for ways to occupy myself. Anyway, writing this just took up about 2 minutes, so thanks.

We might know each other if you left at the end of the year last year.

What is your first name? Or what did you go by?
