Peripherally relevant: Did you see Sorkin on "The Colbert Report" the other night? He said something to the extent of "Socializing on the Internet is to socializing as reality television is to reality." I fell in love with his brain all over again.

I had a self-indulgently long-winded response to this but it smacked of our favorite thunder-stealer. I just.... yes. I agree with all of this.
