Here is my fifth list. Using the previous list, with a few things added, replaced, or changed - hopefully I can be a bit more successful this time!
From November 19th 2021 to August 16th 2024
Start
1. Write, post and print this list (printing optional, write this down if you’re in the mood cos that’s fine too)
Big Long Project-One
2. Read all the books about life changes you have, then put all your notes in clean order and get them printed (remember to include the information on the pages already in a folder within this)
Health and Body
3. Reach your goal weight
4. (After losing weight) plan the post-weight loss diet, and start following it
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water/day
6. Plan and begin 1) workout routine 2) weights routine
7. Start getting up immediately after waking up every day
8. Plan, start and maintain new morning and evening bathroom routines
9. Get that Tetanus shot
10. Continue to remind yourself to improve your posture, and remember to keep feet on the floor in a proper way when sitting
