how is it possible that in order to get from Ontario to San Jose/Oakland/San Francisco, I would need to have connecting flights in pheonix, las vegas, salt lake city, or even a combination of those? Why would I fly for 9 hours to get somewhere it takes 6-7 hours to drive? WHY DOES A FUCKING TRIP FROM SOUTHERN TO NORTHERN CALIFORNIA EVEN HAVE THE

Bounced here from the Scripps community. Check Southwest. They do directs from Ontario to the Bay Area, but they don't end up listed on Orbitz, etc. most of the time, so you have to go to their website and check directly. I booked tickets with them the week before Thanksgiving and only paid $200 when I was at Scripps.
