Sell the ex's tools and when he does call for them, tell him you did that to cover the rental he owes you for using your place as his tool shed. Sounds like you're well rid of him, but I am still sad that another bloke let you down.

I wouldn't sell his stuff, but I might use the powerwasher to clean my siding and windows. That would be worth the "rent".

Today I'm not sad. I'm thinking of that old adage about "living well". I had a pedicure and manicure yesterday. And in a few minutes I'm off to the gym. ;)
