Why can't I find stuff like this?

How come when I look around at garage sales, and in basements at estate sales I don't find anything remotely like this.  Why is it that some people can find precious works of art at garage sales, and all I see is scratched tupperware and baby bibs?  How come some people can look in a closet at an aunts home and find a rare piece of jewelry or

Oh, WOW! Talk about a find! I know how you feel. I'd feel lucky just to find an intact Star Wars figure from the original days. To find something like this? I couldn't even imagine!
