This is probably the coolest thing I've made this semester! Even though it's been stressful, at least I've done some fun stuff in school lately, like the field trips to LACMA and East Los, and writing about feminism and the media, and making that book about The Codex Nuttall. It's been fun, but I'm especially proud of this!!

It's so adorable! ♥ You really deserve a good grade for this. The story is cute, the illustrations are nicely done (too bad I couldn't see everything clearly in the vid!) and it just looks like you put a great amount of time into perfecting this. I think the only thing you could've done better is perhaps the text placement? Sometimes it seems a bit off. But maybe that's just personal preference.
You really should try to get this published or something, I think it has potential :). I hope your teacher sees that too!

Yeah, the text placement was so wonky! It was the last thing I did and I rushed majorly with it. I WANTED the text placed where it was, but the size and shape of how I wrote the text was really sloppy and didn't take up as much space as I wanted. And writing the text on Uranus was a weird spur of the moment idea, haha sorta regret that one.
Well, no my teacher didn't help much with the publishing bit, she seems to think rhyming books don't stand a chance. But I am still going to look into it myself, she gave us a website for us to get information about it!

Awww, thanks! Yeah, my kids are totally going to read this book so they can grow up liking space as much as I do :D
