So to de-stress before classes (!) started this semester, I made a 4-layer bittersweet chocolate pinwheel cake with dark ganache filling from scratch. After taking over 3 hours to complete, it came out preeeetty well. 4 super thin layers, really thick ganache, and a whole lot of elbow grease.
