looks like i am not the only one who got a shock with their power bill this month, i have had many friends comment in various places.
over $100, per person, who lives in this house, all i can say is :O and :(

Holy fucking hell. Ours is $130 all up four 4 people. In all my flats the most excessive we've ever had per person was about $55 once.

Yeah, I got a shocker too. *huddles under her layers* I think prices have gone up, since I'm not doing anything I didn't do last winter, and the highest I got them was $80.

Mine was $123 but i was ill for some of it and have been home with all the heaters on. And sometimes there are 2 of us ;) I refuse to be cold and compared to many households the rest of the year use much less electricity - living in a cold, old, damp flat with concrete walls! I think my old dehumidifier uses a fair amount, but i have asthma so need dry air! sigh. can i have some cheese and crackers with my whine? waaahaaaaa!!!
