King Ranch Chicken Casserole--PSA

Tonight, I made King Ranch Chicken Casserole. It tasted Very Good, but was way too soupy as written, and didn't have enough spice (even for me). yum, though it does look a bit soupy. Glad you found a recipe, since I didn't have the patience to type out how I would make it while on my phone, haha.

I roast 2 or 3 chickens once a month, take the meat off the bones, and freeze it in 2 cup packages for casseroles, chicken & noodles, chicken pot pie, etc.

claudia loooooved this casserole. and she's getting so good at eating with a spoon!
