so I logged on to talk about how Chris and I just came back from having Dim Sum. yes, actual dim sum in Miami! he took there for my birthday. I had been reading reviews online, and found 2 places in Miami that people recommended. My god. I didn't know that. I haven't logged on here in over a year or something.

I just came from looking at her journal, wondering why she hadn't posted in 22 weeks. Learned about a SA but nothing more. I actually came to your journal from her profile page. That's really sad.

Hers was the first LJ I ever saw, and the reason why I ever came to LJ.

OKay so... I was with my boy the other day and we went to this quaint theater in Williamsburg- really small and intimate, 35-seater. Saw a movie. When we were walking out I see this huge poster of Dar Williams and I'm like "what!?" She was coming the next night to play a concert there. So.. anyway- Dar Williams came to MY hometown... and guess who hugged her? ME!

And the craziest part of the story is- dont hate me- but i was trying to tell Dave how I heard of her... and it escaped me for a moment... and THEN i was like "It was Kris!!!" and i located your old tape, and it made me feel soo good. I just thought I would let you know that I am incredibly happy to have you in my life again! And thanks SO much for introducing me to Dar-- she was amazing in concert, you would have loved it.
