That seems very strange as exercise is often used as a treatment for depression... is it possible that there might be some underlying physiological problem that's causing it?
That does sound strange. I usually feel better after exercise. Especially if I've gotten into a routine. Could it be a mood crash associated with tired body crash?
We will sit, it will be fantastic. It will have to be after a calming stretch workout I have to do, but that should take me until about the time you usually like to get off work.
Boy, that's exactly backwards from what I get. If I exercise at a level where my heartrate is up, say 120-150 for 30 minutes, I feel much calmer and content afterward.
If I exercise too long or too hard, say 150-180 for 90 minutes, I get pretty loopy/out of it for a couple of hours, but that's mostly just a lack of blood sugar.
I used to feel better after exercising... this is a relatively new thing. A couple years, maybe? I'm doing all kinds of work to make sure my blood sugar is right and that I'm replenishing what I'm losing.
