If you really gave up sugar, you'd be practically giving up food entirely. (Note that this is an extraordinarily bad idea... :-p ) To some extent, there's sugar in nearly anything you could eat, though in varying degrees. A better idea might be sugar in moderation -- like most things, too much sugar isn't good for you, but entirely removing it from your diet is quite possibly worse for your health. Be careful.
