So, I've been having trouble with my DSL for the past week or two - it seems to go up and down randomly, and sometimes even when it is working it's really slow. Also, the phone line is a little crackly, which I figured might be related... I called Bell last week, and they were supposed to send a technician, who never showed up. Called again this

We had them in and playing with things four or five times. The last time the guy looked at Kevin and said "Until new lines are run into your building you will not have good, regular service. Bell is responsible for those lines and they will not pay for it."
