I woke up this morning thinking that I had this meeting for my new job at the writing center here on campus. I thought the meeting was at 8 am. Apparently there wasn't a meeting. So I just read about this psychology study where these people kept a gratitude journal for two months and they tracked the changes that it made in their lives. Apparently most ended up feeling physically better and more energized, etc. Basically a gratitude journal is just a simple task of writing a very short list, like 3 things, every day, of ( Read more... )
