We didn't really "stock up" per se. We definately went to the local gas station, filled all our cars and gas cans (hah) and got like 5 gallons of water and we already had cans of soup and spam. So we were all set.

We really didn't think anything owuld happen but we were fraid the gas would shoot up to like 2$(god forbid!!!!) and that would suck.

UGH I remember declaring that I wouldn't buy gas at over $2/gal. :(

Dude me too!!!! Then I claimed I'd never buy 3$ gas.. and well, look at us! When gas really started to go up, I was taking summer classes at Akron and there was on gas station that stayed under 2$ a gallon ALL summe runtil my last week. Then it went up with everyone else..:(
