What are Jeggings?

Oh yes what happened to me updating this site regularly? *slaps myself* Let’s do my first post of the year!

I asked you if you liked JEGGINGS! And the four of you who answered (bless you for visiting) didn’t know what they were. Jeggings are basically leggings that look remarkably like jeans.

Lol, my best mate told me she had bought some jeggings the other day and I had to ask what they were as I had no clue. Am glad to know I wasn't the only one. I don't really understand the point of them, if you want to wear something that looks like denim, then wear jeans, it's not like they're uncomfortable, and if you want leggings then you should only wear a solid colour imo. But, then again, what do I know about all things fashion?!

There's something called treggings but I don't know what those are yet!

Maybe it's just me but sometimes I find jeans are too hard and not as flexible. Not that I'm doing gymnastics or anything like that. Plus I don't have a flat stomach so I prefer something that stretches when I sit down! haha.

haha! I figure that's the way to go! Unless we want to revive the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s yet again! I guess 90s fashion will come back too and I have no idea how to class 00's fashion!

Oh yeah! I don't know if it's a new thing or not. there's tonnes around, check them out! You can get other textures like glitter and this wet look one!

Jeggings kind of scare me although I am coming rough to tights/leggings. But yes, I too will never expose the crotch area, that is too much like wearing gym leotards and being awkward for me!

Really? I'm pretty much a lover of leggings since I used to wear them when I was kid! haha.
But yeah exposing the crotch....it's very RISKY!

I never wore leggings as a kid because Singapore was so hot. When we went overseas I wore tights!

I guess it would feel weird wearing them if you're from Singapore! I think people wear them there now don't they?

It's so strange acclimatising. I remember feeling quite strange wearing socks and layers again after so many months out in Sing'.

When I saw the article about jeggings in the LA Times, I decided that I would have to get a pair of these eventually. I love leggings and jeans, but have a hard time finding jeans that fit me - too small in the hips, too big in the waist, too long in the legs. Are they made for real people?

Showing the crotch area doesn't bother me anymore, even though the only way I can keep my leggings from bagging is to pull them way high, giving me an epic camel toe every time. Who cares? Not me.

LOL, I have to say I don't think I could ever do the EPIC camel toes!

But yeah it's hard finding the perfect pair of jeans! at least for me because I'm so SHORT!!!! But yay for leggings all around, they're so comfortable.
