Yeast-Free Pizza Crust

Time: 30 minutes

1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp, baking powder
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. basil
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg replacer
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ cup milk

1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
3. Mix wet ingredients in small bowl.
4. Add wet to dry, mix well.
5. Place dough on lightly oiled baking sheet and use floured hands to press into pan.
6. Bake 10 minutes. Add toppings, bake 15 minutes more.
