Things that pick my ass

Dec 09, 2005 20:09

I decided to go for a walk today downtown. It's been a little boring around the house cleaning out cupboards and the like so I figured I would see what is going on in the outside world.

1. Second adolescence. And in reverse. Its called "the change" or menopause. ;)
Imagine having PMS from age 47 to age 60.

2. You're generous if you're giving them three tries. I shove after two.

3. "I just wanna go to the mall dressed as Jesus and shake my head disapprovingly at every person walking out of the stores with their arms loaded full of recently acquired loot. "

I absolutely second you on all of these eloquently painted notions. There is a special dark spot in my heart for the 50+ women, though. A nasty, vicious place where I burn cigs into their corneas. Best not be spoken of further....

Wonder what the sisters of the sauce shall be like at that age.

In other news - please, how are you besides bored out of your skull these days?

Oh you know - I'm hanging in there. I was surely hoping this child would magically exit around the 37 week mark. I think that was wishful thinking. Doctor confirms that things are "starting" but really - how long can prelabour go on?

We have decided to forego Christmas this year and I am GLEEFUL to not be participating in the consumer madness. It might be catching.

How about you?

oh my dear, both adina and I can say that pre labour/early stage labor can last much, much, too long.
