Do any of you own a blu-ray player? I'm having problems playing blu-ray films on mine and I don't know if it's a hardware problem, box problem, or blu-ray disk problem. Have you updated the software?

I have to keep mine constantly plugged into my DSL with an ethernet cord so it's always online. I only use it about once a month or so and it ALWAYS has to update its software first. I didn't know about any of this before buying it.
