I've only been to New Orleans once and that was back in 2003. Everyone told us not to do St. Louis #1 unless it was in a large group so we went to Greenwood and some of it wasn't kept up the best either. A couple of places had what looked like bone visible.
We were only there for 18 hours so my Garden District tour was what I could see as we drove past at night. I'd love to go back.
NO ONE should use "Rich text", it just causes badness.

I love your pictures of NOLA. If I ever visit I think I'll be doing a wrought iron tour. There's just so much beautiful work there. Of course, the cemetery is a must see.

New Orleans cemeteries look thoroughly disreputable, but the sun is a bit too bright for spookiness. I suggest you return by moonlight.
