an actual picture post

I mentioned in my last post that we were in New Orleans for Halloween this year. I don't take many pictures, and all I have is a cell camera, but here are a few.
Because there is no way not to take a spooky picture in a NOLA cemetery )

I've only been to New Orleans once and that was back in 2003. Everyone told us not to do St. Louis #1 unless it was in a large group so we went to Greenwood and some of it wasn't kept up the best either. A couple of places had what looked like bone visible.

We were only there for 18 hours so my Garden District tour was what I could see as we drove past at night. I'd love to go back.

NO ONE should use "Rich text", it just causes badness.

Bravo on the kitchen remodel. Making space more functional is always worth it and it looks good to boot. :)

I love your pictures of NOLA. If I ever visit I think I'll be doing a wrought iron tour. There's just so much beautiful work there. Of course, the cemetery is a must see.

Ahah - pictures at last.

New Orleans cemeteries look thoroughly disreputable, but the sun is a bit too bright for spookiness. I suggest you return by moonlight.

The baby alligator is adorable, and so is Joe's t-shirt.

That fence sends me wild. How I want that fence.
