Whoa... your double negative threw me off entirely there, but I have used my awesome brain power skills to deduce that you mean one of the following:

1) You think there should be a rule AGAINST me never talking to you.
2) You think there should be a rule FOR me never talking to you (also known as...... restraining order.)

But since it's generally considered a bit rude to pick option 2), I think you may have meant option 1).

In which case:
