Caught the end of 'The Weakest Link'... It was sudden death and a woman was asked who Martin Freeman played in Sherlock.

She answered 'Sherlock'

It lost her the game.

yes she did much to my glee. The evil Anne droid gave her a death stare that let me know somewhere deep inside her was a Cumberbitch/Freemanfan yearning to be free. Most likely because she ate one

And even if it's not common knowledge, you only have to have seen the Freeman ONCE to conclude he is far more a Doctor Watson than a Sherlock Holmes. Really, if anything, it showed this person's total lack of acquaintance with the iconic image of Sherlock Holmes: Tall, dark hair, imperious looking, fine bone structure...yeah, that's Martin all over! (/bitch rant)
