i've long been out of the circle.
first it was preparing for mexico. then mexico. which was lovely even if it rained most of the time.
came back and was almost immediately sick. still sick but not dying.

so, i'm doing that thing again, where i've been thinking about calling you for weeks to go out for dinner or something but then, when i finally get in touch with you, i end up asking if you're available to pet sit for me. are you by any chance available to while i'm at burning man? i'd promise to be a better friend in exchange, but i'm not very good at that.
