I was just reading my last post, the part about getting a fax addressed to "Alyffa". It reminded me of another favorite I've gotten since then, addressed to "Ulissa". A little closer in pronunciation, but now it's more of a departure from the correct spelling ( Read more... )

See I was going for The Ring's "seven days" spookiness and juxtaposing it with your birthday and the fact therein that the big Three-Oh-No! is approaching and the combination was intended to ratchet up the hilariousness.

But now 'splaining it all here defeats any wittiness and I also realize now that I think you're just hitting 29 anyway so that's no big deal. It's when you hit 30 that you get all wrinkly and your boobs sag and your vagina gets all dusty and you can't see anymore and you need a walker.

Fortunately for men, we just get handsomer.

ANYWAY, I want to send you a book and I thought you had a wishlist or something but I dunno. If you can get me your address that would be easier. Even a PO box. If you can remember my name, put a period in between the first and last parts and send it to gmail. Or if that is too hard (being blonde and all, haw) send it to whamvaldez@gmail.com
