Use it or lose it...

I'm determined to use up my supply of beads by the end of the month or get rid of them. I've been carrying these things around for years! The only real practical use I have for them is lanyards. (I don't wear much jewelry these days - it irritates my skin). So... one more lanyard... this one made out of an old elastic power beads bracelet...

Monkeys are excellent models. Someday I'm going to go to Michaels and buy those little hooks. I'm tired of being the only person at work who wears the plain boring black nylon cord they gave our badge on.

For the longest time I refused to wear a beaded lanyard because everyone else was wearing them. I'm such a rebel! :P At some point I realized I have 50 million beads, the lanyards are easy (and fun) to make, I may as well make my own. I think that's one thing I have over my coworkers - I've made my own! :P
At this point I think I have about 10 of them, and I really should give some of them away.

i like the color of that one. hopefully it really works as far as the "positive attitude" goes. now you need to find out what colors are good for repelling freaks. ;P
