sometimes they are so good, other times I'm absolutely disgusted by them. I just made some shrimp (for lack of anything better to eat around here) and I felt like I was on an episode of Fear Factor the whole time I was eating them. Ugh, hack, cough, puke.

as for my inspiration...I don't know why the subject of shrimp made me want to post something...other then I was in front of my computer while I ate it...so that is all I got for you. ;-)

Dang, I fucking LOVE shrimp. Some people call them "roaches of the sea" but I think that's bullshit. Shrimp are delicious. I wish I had some on this plate here right now instead of this turkey bacon. No actually I love turkey bacon too. I wish I had me some shrimp wrapped in turkey bacon and Soul Asylum was playing. That would be my personal Heaven.

See I sometimes fucking love shrimp too...but this shrimp looked weird and when I think about shrimp too much when I'm eating it, I start to want to puke.

Soul Asylum? Did they have any other songs besides Runaway Train? That is the only one I've ever heard...

also I have never had turkey bacon.

Soul Asylum's other 90s sort-of hit was "Somebody To Shove."
I'm not sure why I like it, or shrimp, or turkey bacon. There's no accounting for taste I guess.

If you eat them with cocktail sauce, you can save money and eat (uncooked) cauliflower instead. I swear it tastes almost the same. It's also a nice vegetarian snack.

I will for sure try that sometime! I should get some soon to finish off the cocktail sauce that I have leftover from the shrimp.....
