I've decided not to post my $20 challenge this week because... well to put it shortly, I'm lazy and forgot to take a photo of my coffee ($3.00), small fries from Maccas ($1.75) and Luneburger pumpkin seed roll ($1.00). Daily total was $5.75 *facepalm* and I've also discovered that coffee is a remedy for my newfound uni angst - not that uni makes me

^^ The hardest part was not eating all the frosting hahaha coz it tastes so good :P It's my fool proof cake, so it's not so hard :P I'll post the recipe for you soon!

I had no idea Luneburger sold cheaper baked goods as well. Last time I went there, everything was pretty much a rip off :( I'll need to check it out again.

Ugh. I swear I replied to this last night!! But yes, it was just like an ordinary bread roll, so that's why it was that cheap. It was really nice though, but I'm insanely fond of bread so maybe I'm biased...

666. And 3 eggs.
6oz of flour, sugar and butter.
Mix bitter & sugar, add egg. Add flour (self-rising)
Bake for 30-45min, or until it rises. Oven's tend to vary too much imo to be trusted with time.

LOL trust me, not everything turns out this nice XD I'm really proud of this and keep showing people pics of it because its the best looking cake I've ever made XD and it tastes pretty damn good too! We should bake together one day, dearest!

Wow, the cake came out really well! My aunt's birthday is this Thursday and as soon as company leaves, I'm going to get an ice cream cake for her. Heh, I dont want to share it with ugly losers that we dont like. >:D
