so, in all my hunting for dbsk desktop buddies....i found none.

however!

i did find big bang ones as well as ones for four 2pm members and all of shinee.

these are called shimeji (in japanese) and spelled 시메지 in Korean.  if you search for them this way, it might work.  it did for me.  but then i pretty much gave up searching after seeing NO dbsk ones.

did you download but the java .exe file and the zipj-3dmovie .zip from the 2pm website?

(you only need to dl those once)

if you did, upzip them completely. then unzip your desktop buddy's file completely. then click on the shimeji. jar file. that shou;d make it start.

if it still doesn't start, go to the zipj-3dmovie folder you unzipped and click on the zipj application. then, try the the shimeji .exe application or .jar file again.

(on the korean website, it said to drag the whole unzipped shimeji folder to the zipj application but i didn't need to do that. if all else fails, you could try that.)

if these all don't work, i...don't know.

after clicking the zipj thing, trying the jar/exe files still wont work.

so i dragged the wooyoung shimeji folder to the zipj app n... what do i do after that? i tried clicking all the buttons but they don't make sense at all. D=

ah, the only things you should need to click are the shimeji jar and exe files in the individual desktop buddy folders...

hmm....the only thing i can think of is that you haven't installed your java update?

there were three things on the 2pm website: java .exe, the zipj-3dmovie.zip, and the 2pm desktop buddy .zip.

try installing the first java.exe. it's a java update.

hopefully this will help. otherwise...i don't know. sorry.

ps. are you on a mac? because they don't work on macs.

hey sweets, I got a similar problem in the beginning but I found an easy solution;
the problem lies in the conf file (because the files within the conf file have weird names), copy the conf file of one of the SHINee shimejis and replace them with the conf file in Junsu's shimeji folder. This worked for me at least ^^
