My voice is all croaky lately. Which I enjoy. I do not enjoy the increase in throat soreness. A voice related anecdote: at work, Kathryn answered an internal call, Scott thought it was me. Every year on Pancake Day I VOW that 1) pancakes are my favourite food and 2) I will eat them more frequently.

I never do!

Maybe that is why they are still my favourites? I've eaten them maybe 20 times in my life? 20 x 3 means... 60 pancakes. YUM.
