FIC: "Solo Flight," Tenth Doctor, NC-17

Here's something slightly different - a Doctor Who fic that I wrote about one of my favorite kinks: the Tenth Doctor has a go at himself. It's difficult to ascribe sexuality to Doctor Who, as he has generally been portrayed as uninterested in sex. As such, I feel somewhat ridiculous writing pornography about a traditionally 'family-friendly'

That was brilliant. I love a good Ten/Tardis fic and i especially love the imagery you have created with the Tardis wanting to keep the Doctor happy while he's without companions.

I really really love the image you created of Jack in the corridor with the Doctor watching him. I can so see that happening.

I sort of fanwanked that if the Doctor is lonely, the 'brain-waves-of-Time-Lord' that purportedly makes the ship run would be all askew and so the TARDIS must restore them - in a naughty way, of course! And who wouldn't stop and watch the Captain tossing himself! I think even the Doctor would cop a peek at that spectacle. I am so glad you liked it, thanks for reading and commenting :)

Thank you! I don't know as much about Doctor Who as the fans like yourself - it was only one PBS occassionally when I was a kid, along with The Avengers, The Prisoner, and Fawlty Towers. Americans didn't get to see those programmes too often until cable and VCRs were invented (I am dating myself - I'm 37!). So I'm a new-Who fan but I think that 'spawning-from-Looms' idea is a bit silly. I totally agree with your theory that Time Lords are sexual but only every once in awhile. I am so glad you liked my fic. Thanks for the feedback :)

She really is the Doctor's OTP, regardless of the version. I liked that this was less of a mechaphilia squik.

I agree - they love each other! And who's to say how either of them might express that - but I can't see that it would take the form of sex with machines! But I wasn't sure if Time Lords engage in this sort of solitary behaviour so that's why I added the TARDIS and their telepathic connection into the story. Thanks for reading and commenting!

Call me a pervert but I like it! Actually I think it's very sweet. I wish they'd show more on the show that the Doctor isn't alone. He always has the Tardis even if they aren't doing stuff like this. ;) Not that I object to it but they aren't going to show it on TV. More's the pity. XD

Thanks! I suppose it's a bit kinky but I meant it to be sort of tender... we know the Doctor gets lonely and that the TARDIS has some sort of sentience, perhaps not to the extent that I've written in this fic but I think she'd be a comfort to him. I don't think we'll see anything this racy onscreen but we have a few more episodes with Ten so... fingers crossed! Hee hee. I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for reading and commenting.

Oh I'm just kidding about the pervert thing. There are some fans who think Doc/Tardis is going too far but I'm not one of them.

I thought it was very sweet and tender too. I can see the Tardis doing that because she loves him so much.

There aren't enough fics with just the Doctor and the Tardis which is a shame because she's a great character. If I ever manage to write fic it'll have to be about the Doctor and the Tardis. Probably no sexual content because I'm crap at that, but it'd be fun to explore more about their relationship.

I think I've been reading too much Ten fic, I'm rambling. ;) Anyway I really enjoyed your fic!
