Tonight I made mini meatloaf's and macaroni with 4 cheeses. I love homemade macaroni when you put it under the broiler and make the top all crispy and golden. Then for dessert (to surprise Jordan), I made baked apples with vanilla icecream. They were delicious. It amazes me how something as simple as an apple can turn into such an amazing, bubbly,

As for things to do before you go, I believe that there is still the laser show in the highfalls on thursday nights in the city. I think they were at 9:30, but I don't remember. I don't know how good the show is, but it might be something to see before you leave.
