I won't judge you if you don't judge me for liking/LOVING "the hills."

:)

I know a few people who have done the couch to 5k program and done very well with it. Its below my level, but I have read up on it and its very, very good if you follow it. My friend did her first 5k last year after doing that program and was super stoked on it!

I think I'm going to start with, like Week Four or something, because it honestly seems pretty below my level too. I just think it's cool that the program kind of uses the technique I'm naturally inclined to use when I'm trying to get back in shape - running and walking alternatively in short increments. I'm curious actually to see how my run will go tonight. I plan to stick to the C25K Week 4 plan, but then if I have energy leftover to go for a non-stop run afterwards until I'm tired.

You've probably worked out by now that I'm a big movie-lover/snob. I once read an interview with some highly acclaimed foreign film director (but I can't for the life of me remember who), who was completely un-ironically raving about The Hills, saying it was one of the best examples of film capturing the beauty of LA he'd seen. (Referring to the shots of the city itself, not so much the characters or story-lines, I don't think.)
