So I pretty much had an emotional breakdown yesterday with all the work problems. Of course, getting sick doesn't help. It always makes me prone to overreactions

Just so very frustrating. Plus really wasn't up for dealing with that issue yesterday. The customer service lady caught quite the brunt of it. I apologized and told her I knew a lot of my reaction was my own issues. But oh my goodness. What a debacle.

They do this for 5000 person companies. Went through this last year (or the year before, I forget).
