I had just one little picture for LJ next to my name.... everyone else does.... No one knows who I am. Really...I'm cute.... Just like all those other girls...
When I get home, I'll see if I can look up an old picture of you and I at a certain Halloween party, that you might be able to use, if'n yer interested (assuming having a computer-friendly pic of you is the issue). If I can find it, I can e-mail you a copy. As I recall, it wasn't too bad of you...
It's not that I don't have a picture of me. I don't know how to make it the tiny square though so it fits. and I don't know where LJ stores it. Even if I had a tiny pic I wouldn't know what to do with it.
I'm lazy and I want someone to do it for me....Because researching it seems like it would take way too much time. It is not my expertise. I know how to crunch numbers though...
Well, I (or Jon) can pare it down to 100x100, 40k, .JPG (the maximum size allowed by LJ), but you'll have to post it (or someone with access to your account). Just go to:
and hit the "Browse" button. It'll ask you where you're storing the photo on your hard drive. Go there, select the photo you want to upload, and it'll do the rest. LJ stores the photos on its server, so you don't have to worry about it further. Does this help?
Uh yes it does. However I doubt Jon will help me as I have asked him several times to help and it still hasn't happened. SO maybe you can help me when I find a pic.
Those of us who know and love you, don't really need a picture we have our imaginations to keep us happy. but I know how you feel. I'm waiting for a picture of me to be scanned in so I can put it near mine too. Right now all I have is a photo of Dennis Rodman in drag and one of an astronaut!
You're way, way cooler than other chicks. In fact, you're so cool that you're not even lumped in that degenerate category of "chick". You, my friend, are a dude!

I would be willing to form a "Get Michelle a User Icon" committee. Yes?
