My thinking too. It's like that case a while back when someone joked to customs that they had explosives - ok, a stupid thing to do, but such an overeaction to arrest them.

I agree with you about suing, but how else would people in situations like that get justice? There's no way set up for it, people often think it's their only choice. Of course, people go mental for it and sue over stupid things which makes the rest a joke too.

I think that's my problem, because people sue over silly things i hear that someone's suing someone else and immediately have sympathy for the suee, even though i this case i'm on the side of the suer. I'm just fed up with hearing about silly cases. Kinda like the boy who sued the wolf.

It's hard to get justice in a case like this. Justice would mean it'd never happened :(
