Tired of listening to my neighbours music through my ceiling. The last guy who lived in the flat above played music all night and this one does it all day. Tried that with the last guy. Still took 18months before he finally moved out :( The landlord doesn't care. He'll send a letter but not chase it up.

If the problem stems from him beening lonely why not try getting to know him? Might help.

The lonely causes the weird, which doesn't bother me. The loud music isn't to do with the lonely. He's worse than me for talking about himself and also assumes you know all the same jargon as him and know his background and stuff but i still make an effort to speak with him when i see him.
