Pheasant Call

We had an unusual visitor in the neighborhood today. A pheasant! I managed to get a few pictures of it pacing my next-door neighbor’s fence. I didn’t want to get too close and my camera battery was dieing, but I tried to get some decent shots as it strutted and pecked at the fence.

Thanks. I wish the batteries for my camera hadn't been on their last surge--I think the pictures are slightly fuzzy because of that. But they turned out pretty well. The pheasant had such wonderful colors in his/her neck, but only one of the images starts to capture that. Thanks again. Come back soon!
