It was my first time getting my period, and also my first time going to Phat Friday, coincidentally. Being it the first day I had ever gotten my period, I was a little paranoid and overly cautious...so, I figured I'd need about 8 pads. (In reality, Phat Friday was only a couple of hours. I probably only needed one or two extra, at most. Not 8!) But, the pads wouldn't all fit in my purse, so my friend offered to put them in her purse, which was bigger. So we put them in her purse, and off we went. We stood in line, waiting to go in, and flirting with three older, cute boys behind us. Then, when we got to the front of the line, they had security checking bags...like purses. We had never heard of them doing this before, so we were completely unprepared. Sure enough, the guy opened my friend's purse to check, and saw all the pads in there. But we didn't really care too much about a security guy, so we thought it was fine and closed the purse up. Then we realized that the boys were trying to look over our shoulders, joking around and ( ... )

I was in a play in my freshman year with another friend of mine. We both had a pretty plain scene to do--I was supposed to play this nerd who feels like a loser when she does bad on tests, and she was trying to console me and tell me that I'm not one. Well, in the scene, we went over to a table to eat lunch and I was really hamming it up, and before I knew it, I had knocked the table over. I felt so embarrassed because I thought I ruined the scene, yet it turned out to be a hit because the audience kept laughing, and I threw it in, every now and then, with the rest of my lines. I'm still known as the "girl who broke the table" to some.

Over the summer i went on a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We enjoyed it alot and decided to go on a boat cruise. On the tour we stop at a beach it was beautiful, sunny, and simply delightful. Until i went in the water and got a huge hunk of sand in my eye. So without thinking i start running up the beach in my bikini and not knowing that they were FILMING the tour. So now all those tourists who bought the DVD of the tour are gonna see me running up the beach. And at the time all i could think about is " I need a towel, i cant see anything i need to get this sand out of my eye". As if the huge iguanas walking everywhere werent enough. And all the while my mom and step dad are sitting there laughing cause the men on the tour are all looking at me and saying something in spanish i dont understand. Haha so when your on a trip with your family make sure your aware of your surroundings and people with videocameras!!!
