Malaysia is not unique in this sort of idiocy. I've heard that praying is considered a legitimate remedy for physical and mental illness in parts of the US. I'm ignorant and terrified of the full extent of this madness though.

In the UK however, I believe it is still possible to get homeopathy funded via the NHS.

My taxes... paying for a ludicrous superstition that has been proven to have no more effect than placebo. If people want this gobshite they should pay for it out of their own pockets. I want my hard earned tax to go towards proper medicine to genuinely treat sick, injured and vulnerable people. This makes me so bloody angry!

So yeah, no escape in any country.
