Just posting this to give a heads-up. I'm in Oxford, staying at my friend Robert's house. It's late, and can't from anything from here. The neighborhood is underwater, no doubt about that. Kate Magandy from the Sun Hearld reported that Mary Mahoney's and the Sports Pub and various other familiar Coast landmarks are gone. About 30 people died

It's good you've not been soaked and swept out to sea with the rest of the coast. I can't get over what little I've been able to see from the news.

Thanks, man. WLOX is back up, and the news is stark. This section has helicopter footage of Hwy. 90 and the Point in Biloxi. The Sun Herald is back online now, and the Mississippi Press has their Tuesday edition online. Been trying the google name game matching "ocean springs" with various key words, but little concrete info yet. There's some blog info, but so far there are still many more questions than answers. If I come across any solid OS-material, it'll be linked in this journal.
