sldkj if you want to get her photoshop I can get you a free cracked version of the latest release? It's easy to get software without paying for it; hardware would be your best option.

The best tablets that I know of are made by wacom. I have a graphire 4 which is outdated technology, but still very good. If she's aiming to be a pro I would say the intuos would be a good choice - it has higher pen-pressure sensitivity and the area is much larger. But they're super-expensive is the only thing :|

If I can get that free cracked version, that'd be great. \:D/ Wouldn't I need a license number or something like that though?

Thanks for pointing me towards Wacom. I'm going to go surf around and try to get a not-too-expensive one :| The thing is, she's got one of those tiny laptops that don't have a CD drive. Will that be in the way?

Sure. A friend of mine actually uploaded a couple of zips to her webspace: I don't want to link out on a public forum so I'll PM you with the links and instructions!

Nope! The tablet hooks up through the USB drive, and if she needs to install the drivers she can get them at the wacom website. If she doesn't have a CD drive then it's DEFINITELY best that you don't buy her photoshop, as you need a CD-Rom to install it :x

Thanks so much! :D♥♥♥ If there's anything I can do to repay you, tell me ASAP *_*♥

Oh that'd be fabulous then :D I don't want her to get mad at me because she can't install it :x

Yeah, I think a tablet would be better in this case, since Photoshop is easy to get :x.

I have a cheap one, but it gets the job done. Like the poster above, I say Wacom makes good tablets. Especially for a person that wants to go into Architecture.

Hmmm thanks for the website link. I'm surfing around there now. :D I didn't know photoshop was that easy to get? I figure my sister would have gotten it herself then but.. *shrugs* maybe I'm more comp-savvy har har.

Yeah if you want Photoshop, I recommend getting it offline. It's the same thing, just free. :)

I don't know about tablets though, I just know they're expensive @_@; My friend has one built into her computer...like the tablet laptops and that's costly.
