Does anyone want to get together in a few days at the tavern to have some drinks?
[There's a moment where Bobby looks a little bit contemplative, then he smiles, a little sheepish.]I mean, I know officially being twenty-one isn't really that big of a deal here, but I was kind of looking forward to it back home. I'd like to do something sort of

[Bobby was the nice guy that had checked up on her when everything happened over Christmas, and needless to say, Liz hadn't realized that he was pushing twenty-one years of age. SCANDALOUS!
Still, it wouldn't hurt to try, right? I mean, she'd never had a drink in her life and if it wasn't going to effect her anyway, did it really still count?
She didn't think so, either!! :D]
I'd, like, be totally open if you want a bit more company!
[Because you sure do have a lot of young women tagging along, Bobby. :\]

[Bobby recognizes her voice immediately - mostly because he still hadn't been able to see her, so her voice is all he knows her by. He grins widely at her reply.]
Of course! I'd love to have you there.
[Bobby has no idea what you're implying by that. So there.]

Oh. Em. Gee! Liz was going to have a frivolous night full of drinking and things couldn't possibly go wrong!!!]
That would, like, be totally awesome! I haven't been to a party in, like, forever so this will be, like, totally wicked! Umm... what kind of stuff would you, like, like for your birthday?
['Cause, presents!!!]
Reply
Definitely wicked! I was at one here awhile ago that was awesome, so I'm looking forward to having some fun.
[A lot of people could probably use some fun, actually. Him included.]
Oh, um. I don't really need anything! Maybe something to eat or drink?

Ooh, that's a milestone alright. I don't think we've met, but if its an open invitation I'd be happy to help you celebrate.

[Oh, hi new person! Bobby smiles cheerfully.]
Thanks! And we haven't, but it was definitely an open invitation. I'd love for more help celebrating.
I'm Bobby.

When is it, anyway?

[Not that she'd had a guess but still. Only months apart!]

[That's right. The party she never told really anyone the real purpose for.]
Back in September, actually. I'm a few months older than you it seems. Well, here.
[What year was he from again?]

[And now he feels bad, because he hadn't known. He would have - well, probably all he could do was make her another sculpture, actually.]
We'll have to have a few drinks to toast in belated celebration or something, then!
[And then he grimaces slightly.]
Yeah, time is - weird, here. I'm not sure if it aligns up with back home, but I'm kind of trying not to think about that too much.

Am I going to have to give you a piggy-back ride back to your room?

[He laughs.]
Why, are you offering?

[She laughs.]
Just wondering if I should start training now. I'm not used to carrying people up and down towers stairs.

[It's the principle of the thing. Also it kind of sucks here. But then he grins.]
I think getting some training in couldn't hurt. You never know when the ability to lug drunk people across stairs will come in handy.

So your birthday's coming up, Bobby? I'll have to get you something, then. And don't even try saying I don't need to. I want to. Besides, I was late on getting everyone's Christmas gifts done since... well.
I'd be happy to join you in the tavern. I'm underage, so I won't drink, but it's not a real bar here at least, so I figure I can come wish you a happy birthday at least.

You don't have to, then. There, see, that wasn't you don't need to.
[It totally counted!]
And of course I'd love to have you. You could even probably technically have a drink, though I'm not going to be the one encouraging underage drinking.
Reply
[Two could play that game, Bobby!]
Probably technically?
[A laugh, though Chloe wonders what Derek would think about her having her first drink. Then Chloe grins. Well why not, if she was responsible about it? She could add it to her list of miscreant behavior. Right next to everything else.]
Of course you won't be. You're the good guy, remeber? Always on your best behavior. Though if I remember correctly you are also quite the prankster. So which is it, Bobby?
[There is teasing banter in her words.]
Reply
[He grins widely.]
Probably technically! No drinking age here, which is a technicality!
[And there's a chuckle at her question.]
Maybe the good guy thing is just an act, to throw people off my secret true nature of prankster.
