They actually had to get...a medical...trailer to hold her. Wow. And her skin had grafted to the couch. I'm absolutely, freaking, amazed and disgusted.

What I don't get is how she ate. Did someone feed her or did she just have an endless supply of food within arms reach? It would have to be one of those.

Her husband was feeding her and taking "care" of her. That's why there's consideration to file neglect charges against him.

This reminds me of the episode of Futurama where Bender became human and died from being so big and partying all the time.
