See, my current interests lie somewhere down near #37, my actual job does not appear to be on the list at all, and job #1 is what my dad and older brother had been involved in much of my younger years (dad as an engineer and Sean as a pole climbing troubleshooter), and had pretty much been warned by my brother that he'd kick my ass if I followed them into such a crappy work environment. Oh, and as I recall grandpa was a radio tech/engineer/something of that sort.
I don't THINK I secretly wanted to work in cable, but I guess it may have had some influence on my interests/outlook?
One of the perks of growing up with a dad working for a cable company is having totally free cable in my bedroom when I was 12. The downside? I had to strip the cable, crimp the connector and hook it all up myself.
